Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 (Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days (available at checkout)
- Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters.
Every Omnifig order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or company name on the exterior of the package.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Backordered Items
While we make every effort to maintain inventory, certain products may occasionally become unavailable.
If your order includes an out-of-stock item, one of the following may occur:
- Available items may ship immediately, with the remaining items shipped once back in stock.
- You may be contacted regarding an approved substitute product.
- The unavailable item may be canceled while the remaining products ship.
If additional shipping is required for backordered items, additional shipping charges may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping information before placing your order.
Orders returned due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.
